Our verdict
Substy is the AI chatter to pick when you want to model the bill before you start. Every plan runs full AI, the commission steps down as the fixed fee goes up, and the crossover points are easy to find: Pro beats Starter above $1,380 of monthly AI sales and Elite beats Pro above $2,000.
Keep the platform rules in mind. Reuters reported in 2024 that OnlyFans' terms barred AI chatbots from writing DMs, so many agencies keep a person on send. If you want a human in the loop, Hybrid is Elite-only.

There is no percentage on CRM use. Substy Intelligence, a newer analytics assistant, is billed by usage from the agency wallet.
