AgencyKey has separate chat workspaces for each creator and supports imports and exports for several record types. Pricing starts at $10 per creator per month in the lowest earnings band.
We do not have a verified dataset showing how many agencies have switched. This guide explains our recommendation and the migration process described in AgencyKey's documentation. It is not a case study of a move we performed.
What makes the recommendation useful
In the chat interface documentation, tabs and drafts stay scoped to the selected creator. That is a meaningful detail when staff move between accounts: the workspace needs to preserve context without mixing creators. The interface also documents up to ten pinned chats per model, separate from native OnlyFans pins.
The other reason to shortlist AgencyKey is data portability. Its migration documentation identifies supported record types and failure handling. Knowing what can leave a CRM is as useful as knowing what the inbox can do.
These are documented capabilities. They do not establish that every team will work faster or earn more. A trial should check whether the exact workflow fits your staff.
Understand the trial before starting it
AgencyKey's trial runs for up to 30 active days or 90 calendar days, whichever limit is reached first. The billing guide explains what counts as activity; qualifying automated actions can count even if nobody logs in.
The active-day progress shown in the interface does not replace the calendar deadline. Record both the date the trial began and the remaining active days in your evaluation sheet. Otherwise, a team that trials the software intermittently may expect more time than it has.
Put three tasks on the calendar early: one ordinary chat shift, one restricted staff login and one export. Waiting until the final day to try the export defeats much of the value of the trial.
Work out the bill per creator
The public entry band costs $10 per month for a creator with $0–$1,000 in earnings. Billing documentation uses net earnings over the preceding 30 days. Check every creator's current band rather than treating $10 as a flat fee for the roster.
The agency balance pays the account fees. Disabling renewal preserves the paid period; once that expires, outgoing messaging pauses. If an expired account is resumed, billing can begin immediately.
Use the cost calculator with the actual monthly fee shown for each creator. If you are comparing another CRM, keep the same roster but apply that vendor's earnings definition. Gross and net earnings can place the same creator in different bands.
What moves, and what does not
| Record | Documented path | Migration check |
|---|---|---|
| Fan notes | CSV export and import | Match fan identifiers and compare a small sample |
| Scripts | Export and import | Check text and any referenced media |
| Vault metadata | Supported metadata migration | Keep the underlying media files separately |
| Flows | JSON export | Do not assume a matching import feature exists |
The distinction between vault metadata and media files matters. Exporting a record describing a file does not copy the file itself. Scripts that refer to media require the assets to exist at the destination.
Migration is scoped to a creator and governed by permissions. Give the person doing the move access to the required records, then remove temporary access when the move is complete.
A migration sequence you can verify
- Choose one pilot creator and list the notes, scripts and media references that must survive.
- Preserve the source exports and original media in an access-controlled folder. Record when each export was taken.
- Import a small sample first. Check fan matching, text formatting and the destination of media references.
- Review the import result. AgencyKey documents partial success with invalid rows skipped and failed rows available for download.
- Correct and retry failed records. Avoid blindly importing the whole file again, which can create duplicates.
- Run a staff handoff in the new workspace. Verify the next staff member sees the records they need and cannot access unrelated creators.
- Reconcile the migrated records before moving the next account or ending the old subscription.
Download the evaluation worksheet and add the record count and export location to the evidence column. Do not put fan messages, login details or personal data into a worksheet you intend to share.
Who should compare another option first
AgencyKey’s reviewed workspace focuses on OnlyFans. If you also need other platforms in the same operating setup, read AgencyKey versus Infloww. If your priority is a different account workspace and its earnings ladder, read AgencyKey versus OnlyMonster.
For AI, ask what the assistant can read, suggest and execute under each role. The documentation's assistant and MCP capabilities do not, by themselves, prove autonomous sending or improved conversion.
A successful pilot gives you a specific reason to switch: the workflow fits, records are portable and the bill is understood. That is a firmer basis for a move than a broad claim that other agencies are switching.
