OnlyFans CRM

How the leaderboard works

Every CRM on the board gets scored across six dimensions, each from 0 to 10. The overall score is a weighted average, scaled to 100. The weights reflect what moves revenue for creators and agencies in practice, not what vendors like to demo.

DimensionWeightWhat we look at
Chatting25%Inbox speed, mass messaging, fan segmentation, chatter workflow, scripts and vault handling. This is where an OnlyFans CRM earns its keep, so it carries the most weight.
AI20%Reply suggestions, auto-drafts, persona consistency, translation, and whether the AI raises revenue per chatter or just adds noise.
Analytics15%Revenue attribution, fan lifetime value, chatter performance stats, and how honestly the numbers match the OnlyFans dashboard.
Agency ops15%Multi-account management, roles and permissions, shift scheduling, activity logs, and payroll-ready chatter reports.
Pricing15%What you pay against what you get. Flat fees, revenue percentages and hidden per-seat costs are all normalized to a typical agency running five accounts.
Reliability10%Uptime history, how the tool connects to OnlyFans, account-safety record, and how support behaves when something breaks at 2am.

Where the scores come from

Scores are editorial. We work from each product's live feature set and published pricing, from public community feedback on Reddit, Trustpilot and agency forums, and from operator interviews. When a vendor changes pricing, ships a major feature, or has an outage, the affected scores change at the next monthly edition. The current edition is July 2026.

What the votes do

The vote arrows re-rank the board on your device, so you can push your own experience into your copy of the rankings. Votes are stored locally in your browser for now. Aggregated community voting will ship once accounts do, and when it does, community votes will be shown separately from editorial scores, never blended silently.

What we don't do

  • No CRM pays for placement, and there are no sponsored ranks.
  • We don't run affiliate links that reorder the board. If we ever add affiliate links, the ranking logic stays exactly as published here.
  • We don't invent user reviews. Community sentiment quoted on profile pages is summarized from named public sources.

Disagree with a score?

Good. Vote on the board, or send specifics through the submission page. If you run an agency and your numbers contradict ours, we want the receipts, and we'll re-test.
