How the ranking works

The independent ranking uses the published scoring weights to help readers choose a shortlist. Positions can change when the scores change; no product has a reserved first place. AgencyKey currently has the highest overall score. A different platform requirement, AI workflow or account quote can make another product more suitable for a particular buyer.

Three kinds of information

  • Published product facts: pricing, billing units, supported features and migration behavior from the linked vendor pages. Each source has a check date.
  • Review judgments: our recommendation, the trade-offs we consider significant and the previous edition's scores. These are opinions.
  • Measured results: require an identified test environment, task, observation period and evidence. The September review does not include a controlled live-account benchmark.

Worked examples and downloadable worksheets are labelled as examples or proposed tasks. They are not presented as customer case studies or results from tests we performed.

What the scores mean

The six dimension scores run from 0 to 10. Their weighted average is multiplied by ten and rounded to one decimal place. The default board sorts by that overall score. Platform and audience filters narrow the same list; changing the sort shows a selected dimension.

DimensionWeightScope
Chatting25%Documented inbox, scripts, context and content workflows.
AI20%The scope of assistance, sending controls and handoff features.
Analytics15%Available reports, filters, definitions and exports.
Agency ops15%Creator assignments, staff permissions and shared-account workflows.
Pricing15%Billing units, earnings bands, included features and extra charges.
Reliability10%Historical review judgment; not a measured uptime or account-safety rate.

The scores displayed remain from the August 2026 edition. The product facts and article text were reviewed on 2026-09-05. That source review is not a new scoring exercise. Decimal scores do not express statistical precision, customer-review averages or proven differences in sales.

Related tools such as Telegram automation and link-page services retain their profiles but sit outside the CRM ranking. Their functions do not replace an OnlyFans inbox.

Your votes

The up and down buttons adjust a score by 0.4 points in your personal board. A second click on the same vote clears it. Votes are stored on this device; they do not change the published ranking and are not an aggregate community score.

How a source is used

A pricing page supports a statement about the published price. A vendor status page supports a statement about a reported incident. Neither establishes measured revenue growth, an absence of outages or immunity from account restrictions.

When a detail is unclear, we say what needs confirmation from the vendor. For pricing, we identify the account or earnings band each fee covers. For AI, we distinguish reply assistance from automatic sending. Search metadata follows the same evidence rules: we do not publish an unverified free offer or customer rating.

Updates and corrections

An article's original publication date stays fixed. Its modification date changes when the content is substantively revised. Article change notes explain the latest revision. Source check dates describe the pages reviewed, not a promise that a vendor will keep the same terms.

Send a correction through the submission page with the affected URL, the claim and a current source. For performance evidence, include the task, environment and observation period without private account data.

Use the evaluation worksheet to collect your own trial observations and the cost calculator for actual account quotes.
