Our verdict
Fans-CRM is worth a look when the budget is zero. Roles, shifts, mass messages with per-fan pricing and per-profile fingerprints are a lot for free software.
The risk is longevity. The site and blog have barely changed in months, and a free tool with no visible roadmap can stop being maintained. Export a small set of records on day one and keep a plan B.
