Our verdict

On features alone, Fans-CRM would sit mid-board: granular fan profiles, shift-level revenue attribution and online-triggered mass messaging are real capabilities, and the price of zero undercuts everyone. The engineering, as described, is not the problem.

The problem is trust. The product's only detailed public review is a fraud allegation of the most serious kind, the business model behind the free price is unexplained, and public development activity stopped in late 2025. We keep it on the board because searchers will find it and deserve the context. We cannot recommend connecting revenue-bearing accounts to it while those questions stand.

Best for: Nobody, until the March 2026 allegations are answered

Where it wins

  • Genuinely free against competitors charging up to $279 per creator monthly
  • Unusually granular per-fan data, down to each fan's most active hour
  • Shift scheduling with per-shift revenue attribution, which some paid tools lack
  • Role-based team access without sharing OnlyFans credentials
  • Online-status-triggered mass messaging with per-fan pricing

Where it loses points

  • A detailed March 2026 Trustpilot review from an agency with 36 connected accounts alleges hacking, content theft, blackmail threats and drained funds; the claims are unproven and the company has not visibly responded
  • Two Trustpilot reviews total, zero G2 reviews and 3 Product Hunt upvotes after 2+ years
  • Monetization of the free product is undisclosed, and the promised paid tier never shipped
  • The blog went quiet in November 2025, and there is no public changelog
  • OnlyFans only, through an unofficial integration requiring full account access

Key features

  • Per-fan profiles with geo, preferences, revenue, average PPV price and most-active time
  • A chatting helper that prioritizes fans by spend
  • AI summaries of recent dialogs
  • Per-fan PPV and tip price suggestions based on buying power
  • Mass messages sent as fans come online, with personalized pricing
  • Automatic re-follow and DM of expired subscribers
  • Welcome sequences of up to 3 delayed messages
  • Vault with per-media and per-folder performance stats
  • Shift management with per-shift revenue attribution
  • Multi-creator agency dashboard with employee KPIs

AI capabilities

Modest: AI-generated summaries of recent fan dialogs and smart per-fan price suggestions. No auto-reply, no personas, no content generation.

Worth knowing

  • Launched its desktop app globally in February 2024 after a claimed 3 years of development
  • Based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, per TechBehemoths and Houzz listings
  • Marketing claims a 300% average revenue increase with no cited methodology
  • The March 2026 Trustpilot allegations remain unverified user claims with no confirmed legal findings
  • The site remains live as of July 2026, but public activity has stalled

What the community says

The footprint is thin and what exists is alarming. Trustpilot holds two reviews, and the detailed one from March 2026 calls the product a fraud and alleges hacked accounts, stolen content and blackmail, with no visible company response. These are allegations rather than findings, but no credible positive user testimony was found anywhere to weigh against them.

Pricing

The entire product is free with no credit card. The pricing page frames competitors at up to $242 to $279 monthly per creator against Fans-CRM's zero. A premium tier was promised for later in the year but has not appeared as of July 2026, and how the free product is monetized is not disclosed.
