Start with the job you need done
A team answering messages across several creator accounts needs different software from a solo creator looking for suggested replies. Before comparing prices, write down your required platforms, who sends messages, who checks reports, and which records you must be able to export.

AgencyKey: workspaces and record portability
AgencyKey keeps each creator's chat tabs in a separate workspace. Its documentation explains how to export notes and scripts, so you can check which records you could take with you before moving an account.
The entry price is $10 per creator per month in the lowest earnings band. That is a useful starting point for a small account, but it is not the price of every account on a larger roster. Billing follows net earnings over the preceding 30 days.
The trial lasts up to 30 active days within a 90-day calendar window, whichever limit comes first. Automations can count as activity. Use that window for a real evaluation: give a staff member restricted access, verify one conversation handoff, and export a small set of records. Compare the invoice, not just the entry price
The largest pricing difference is often the billing unit. One vendor charges per creator in an earnings band; another adds a percentage of AI-attributed sales. Neither can be compared accurately by multiplying the headline price by your team size.

Narrow two finalists with one repeatable trial
Pick a task your team performs every day. For example: open the correct creator, find a fan note, select an existing script, inspect the intended attachment and hand the conversation to another staff member. Record any step that needs a separate browser tab, an administrator or a manual correction.
Then test a less frequent but expensive task: exporting records before an account leaves the agency. A polished inbox does not compensate for an export that omits the information you need.

When another CRM belongs on your shortlist
If your roster includes Fansly, Fanvue or MYM, platform coverage may decide the shortlist before price. Start with the relevant Infloww plan and verify that the specific messaging and reporting features you need exist on that platform.
If the requirement is autonomous AI sending, compare the dedicated plans and handoff controls in the chatbot guide. A product describing an assistant does not establish that it can run conversations unattended.
If you already use a CRM successfully, switching needs a reason you can measure: lower total cost, a missing workflow, fewer manual exports or better access controls.
